Because life goes on
during treatment,
not just after it.
When a person needs support the most, they shouldn't be left alone.
"Zhanaru" — A social project providing comprehensive support for people with cancer.

We are there for you from the moment of diagnosis, throughout treatment, and during recovery, helping you maintain your quality of life, emotional well-being, and the sense that you are not alone.
All of the project's programs are offered free of charge, thanks to the support of partners, donors, and socially responsible businesses.
We're here for You
✔ During chemotherapy
✔ After surgery
✔ During recovery
✔ For patients and their loved ones
Life goes on after treatment.
But support is needed much earlier.
Someone is returning home after another
round of chemotherapy.
Some people have already completed treatment but still don't know
how to regain their strength, cope with their fear, and
feel like themselves again.
It is precisely during this time that it is especially
important for a person to know that they are
not alone.
Zhanaru was created to serve as
a supportive space
at every stage of this journey.
Every day, people receive their diagnosis.
Some people are just starting treatment.
How We Help
Regaining Strength
During treatment, the body is under significant strain. Gentle physical activity, breathing exercises, and body-awareness practices help reduce fatigue, restore mobility, reconnect with your body, and gradually regain your energy.
What's Included:
  • Yoga for Cancer Patients
  • Breathing Exercises
  • Body-Based Exercises
  • Gentle Physical Activity
We Help You Cope with Anxiety
Receiving a diagnosis, undergoing treatment, and waiting for results can be emotionally taxing. Psychological support helps you navigate this period, better understand your feelings, and tap into your inner resources.
What’s included:
  • One-on-one counseling sessions with a psychologist
  • Support groups
  • Mindfulness practices
Bringing Back the Joy of Life
Creative expression helps people convey emotions that are difficult to put into words. It restores a person’s sense of self—not just as a patient, but as an individual.
What’s included:
  • Theater workshop
  • Art therapy
  • Creative sessions

When a person steps onto the stage after undergoing treatment, they cease to be a “patient”.
Let's Build a Community
Often, the most valuable thing is meeting people who understand your journey without needing further explanation.
At Zhanaru, participants find support, connection, new friendships, and the sense that they’re not alone.
What’s included:
  • Meetings with other participants
  • Group activities
  • Interaction with volunteers and specialists
  • Helpful resources
  • Answers to questions
What Our Participants
Have to Say
The most valuable measure of our work is what people say.
Their words express not just gratitude, but real
changes: peace of mind instead of anxiety, the courage
to be themselves, new emotions, support, and self-confidence.
